kids’ yoga and movement combines traditional yoga poses with reading, singing, mindfulness, and breathing techniques. props + music are used with movement to help build strength, flexibility, and coordination as well as providing children with strategies to manage emotions + “big feelings". bring comfy clothing + a yoga mat, and be ready to have some fun!
