Yoga Basics: Tula Yoga and Wellness

Emphasis is on the foundational principles of body alignment and safe yoga practice; great for beginners and anyone wanting to refine their practice.

Prenatal Yoga: Mama’s Wellness Joint

Women carry a deep wisdom that intuitively understands the very natural process of birth. Through reconnecting with this wisdom, we will guide you through a yoga class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy, interweaving birthing techniques as well as giving therapeutic suggestions to common aches and pains. All levels of experience are welcome.

Private Adult Yoga Sessions:

Perfect for students who are looking to refine their practice through alignment-based instruction. Consider private instruction if you are post-injury, pre or post partum, living in a larger body, or looking to deepen your practice. Toddler Yoga and Movement: Kith + Kin Playspace Philadelphia

Kids’ yoga and movement combines traditional yoga poses with reading, singing, mindfulness, and breathing techniques. Props and music are used with movement to help build strength, flexibility, and coordination as well as providing children with strategies to manage emotions and “big feelings". Bring comfy clothing and a yoga mat, and be ready to have some fun!
